Feedback (after the visit):
Thank you so much for yesterday! It was a great visit. All the LIGHTer PhD network students and LIGHTer academy professors who participated in were super satisfied. I really appreciate your work: very systematic, well-organized, and paying attention to every details. I don’t think it would be such a success without your efforts. Thanks!
I like your presentation very much, covering both general applications and scientific details. It is also linked to interesting and well-known examples, such as the film Erin Brockovich. You also introduced the fundamental physics, phenomena, and related synchrotron techniques in a very neat and elegant way (the three-column table). If I could wish something more, it may be a few more slides describe how the essential units in synchrotron work (adulators, monochromators, etc.), since I had stayed in the Physics Department at Chalmers for 15 years. But we only have limited time, you simply cannot cover everything, and you have covered the most important parts.
I really hope that we can organize similar visit even in the future, together with you and LIGHTer or Chalmers.
