Sponsorship opportunities at the Accelerator Reliability Workshop
The sponsorship opportunities at the Accelerator Reliability Workshop 2024, provide conference supporters with a number of ways to enhance their visibility with delegates at the event. The items presented below have been selected to allow each sponsor unique ways of associating brands or messages with different aspects of the conference.
The exhibition will be held in the atrium space outside the main auditorium where the conference will take place.
Gold Sponsorship 1 opportunity SEK 70,000
- 3 complimentary registrations (incl. conference dinner and MAX IV and ESS site visits as part of the workshop)
- 2 standing meeting tables (mingle tables) Room for up to 3 roll up posters (during the whole workshop time)

Silver Sponsorship 2 opportunities SEK 40,000
- 2 complimentary full registration (incl. conference dinner and MAX IV and ESS site visits as part of the workshop)
- 1 standing meeting tables (mingle tables) Room for 1 roll up poster (during the whole workshop time)
- Highlighted listing of your company name, with hyperlink to your website, on the conference website
- Recognition as Silver sponsor on website and conference materials
- Additional private tour of ESS facility for up to 5 people from your company
Bronze Sponsorship 4 opportunities SEK 20,000
- 2 people for 1 day attendance
- Room for 1 roll up poster (possible during the whole workshop time)
- Highlighted listing of your company name, with hyperlink to your website, on the conference website
- Recognition as Bronze sponsor on website and conference material
Prices exclude VAT of 25%.
Poster session catering sponsorship 1 opportunity SEK 30,000
The ARW will host a poster session with mingle, including a drink and finger food. This will be an opportunity for up to 2 delegates to network and mingle.
Sponsors will be linked to the event in web-based publicity and the conference printed material.
Sponsors can enhance their participation with branded material etc.
Room for 1 roll up poster (during the whole workshop time)
Coffee break sponsorship 5 opportunities SEK 8,000
Complimentary coffee/tea and refreshments will be served daily to all participants during official coffee breaks. The sponsor will be acknowledged at the point of coffee service. Sponsors will be linked to the event in web-based publicity and the conference printed material.
Prices exclude VAT of 25%.
Other sponsoring opportunities will be considered by the Local Organising Committee on request.
