2018 has been a demanding and exciting year for MAX IV. You all have performed exceptionally well in a difficult environment with an overwhelming multitude of projects, strong pressure from outside and a changing management. MAX IV is on a good track thanks to you, and you all can be very proud of that.
I would like you to join me for a traditional Swedish Christmas dinner ("julbord") at Scandic Star Hotel on the 19th of December in order to commemorate the passing year as we face the challenges ahead.
