As we have limited space in the conference venue, as well as limited Platinum and Gold sponsor options, we ask for your understanding in case your favoured option is no longer available. We will try and accommodate everyone according to the "first come, first serve" principle, but may have to halt registrations when we approach full house.
And finally: we, the organizers, are hosted by MAX IV Laboratory, which is in turn part of Lund University and we therefore have to adhere to their rules. This means we reserve the right to refuse registration in the rare case that accepting the company poses a risk of damaging trust in Lund University.
