Matilda Eklund from Occupational Health Service at Lund University will be visiting MAX IV on Wednesday October 7th. She will hold a seminar at the site center (next to the museum) about Ergonomics and how it works. If you are interested, you are free to show up at 9.30-10.30 for an English seminar and 10.45-11.45 for the Swedish one.
There will be timeslots available for those who want a personal visit to your office by Matilda, who will look at the ergonomics of your seating arrangements. The commentaries will be sent to your respective manager. Please observe that the commentaries are suggestions, not mandatory for your managers to address.
The timeslots will be divided by office section:
E- house offices: Friday 9/10 between 9.00-12.00
E- house offices: Monday 12/10 between 13.00-16.00
D- house offices: Wednesday 14/10 between13.00-16.00
C+B house offices: Tuesday 20/10 between13.00-16.00
