All meeting participants are warmly encouraged to actively contribute to the content of the Forum by submitting abstracts to be assigned slots for oral presentation in two Forum sessions:
1) Enabling Technologies (planned for 30/01 9-12h)
2) Applied Research Talks (planned for 31/01 9-11h)
Submitters can choose to submit an abstract either for one or both the sessions. Deadline for abstract submission in 1st December 2023. The template for abstracts is available for download on the main event page. Please fill in the template and send it via email to grantsoffice@maxiv.lu.se with email subject "LEAPS-INNOV Battery Forum - Abstracts" (by 01/12/23). The submissions will be reviewed by the Forum Scientific Programme Committee and selected submitters will be notified by mid of December with guidelines on expected input. We aim to accomodate as many presentations as possible.
Selected contributors will be asked to prepare a 15 min presentation on the suggested topic, including 5 min for questions.
Please be aware abstracts will be included in a Book of Abstracts posted on the Indico page and made available to all meeting participants, they should contain openly shareable information .
ENABLING TECHNOLOGIES
Abstracts addressing this section should focus on contributions related to specific technical capabilities at LEAPS facilities allowing insights in battery research. These can relate to recent upgrades, complementarity with other technologies, sample environments, customised access modes, etc. The suggested focus of interest could relate to concrete scientific examples to be shared during the presentation. We welcome other suggestions not listed here that might be considered relevant.
APPLIED RESEARCH TALKS
Abstracts addressing this section should focus on concrete application examples in the battery research field, closely having in mind the interface between fundamental research and industrial developments on the market. Relate to concrete user cases.
