The exhibition will be held in the Atrium of The Loop building, adjacent to the Science Village hall, where the main sessions of MEDSI 2025 will take place.
Arranging Your Exhibits
- Shipping Goods to The Loop
You may send your exhibition materials in advance to The Loop, Lund. Goods can be received on weekdays from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. (hours to be confirmed). The earliest day for delivery is Wednesday, 10 September. Please ensure that all exhibition materials are addressed as follows:

- Setting Up Your Exhibits
Exhibitions can be set up starting Monday morning, 15 September from around 9 a.m. Exhibits must be dismantled and cleared by 3 p.m. on Friday, 19 September.
