      Lecture 1: SX data processing workflows: from detector frames to integrated intensities, optimising parameters and geometry.

      Lecture 2: Data reduction, data quality metrics, use of automatised workflows to MR-phasing and basic model refinement, and isomorphous difference map / extrapolated map calculation.

      • Tutorial 1 (optional): run MAX IV in-house developed workflows for data reduction.
