The User meeting poster session is also an space for sharing your work with the MAX IV community and engage in valuable discussions.
User meeting fees for students
Students presenting a poster are paying a reduced fee of 700 Sek including the banquet.
Students not presenting a poster pays 900 Sek without banquet and 1150 Sek with banquet.
Two minutes clip presentation
In addition to the posters, the students can, at the moment of their registration, choose to be eligible for a two minutes clip presentation of their poster, prior to the poster session. This will be arranged on a first come, first served basis and at the same time combined with the aim of having a good representation of research topics and affiliations.
Poster award
During the poster session there will be a jury composed by three participants in the user meeting. Their responsibility is to evaluate the students posters and take the difficult decision of selecting the one to be given the MAX IV Student Poster Award sponsored by SPECS Surface Nano Analysis GmbH.
The winner will also be invited to give an oral presentation at the User meeting.
