Due to the Covid19 pandemic, the MAX IV User Meeting will be held virtually for the first time.

Sponsor opportunities. The User Meeting organization wants to welcome companies interested in MAX IV, whether former exhibitors, already suppliers or new potential vendors for MAX IV to engage becoming  sponsors of the 32nd MAXIV User Meeting.

For 4000 SEK you will get your company logo linked to company website prominently displayed on UM20 website. In Sweden, VAT is charged at 25%.

You will be invoiced after the registration. Please contact aleksandra.zawierucha@maxiv.lu.se if you have special requirements regarding reference on the invoice (otherwise your name and surname will be written as a reference) or if you have any other questions regarding invoicing.

Depending on the situation in September, there might be a possibility to have participants and exhibitors at Scandic Star.
We will decide how to handle this in August depending on the recommendations from the Public Health Agency of Sweden and information will come with rather short notice.
