Registration
The last day for registration is 16 July 2023.
The school is free of charge.
Admission is required for all participants in this school. Please use the application form in the registration tab to express your interest in participating.
LINXS and MAX IV Laboratory will provide free lunches and coffee breaks in the frame of the organized program for all participants, and there is no conference fee. Please note that the total number of participants is limited to 32.
Motivation letter and poster
Please note that a letter of motivation (maximum half an A4) from your supervisor/your home university and the submission of abstract for poster (A0) about your scientific project are mandatory for all participants. The motivation letter should declare the applicants’ research focus and what they want and expect to gain from this school.
Please use the abstract template (maximum one page) found at the end of the Overview page, and standard naming convention of: LAST_FIRST_Abstract_SSS2023
Admission will be confirmed (or rejected) by the foundation after this deadline.
