If you would like to have a room at some other hotel please see this list of hotels where you can ask for university discounts when making your reservation. Normally you have to make your reservation over the phone or by e-mail to receive the discount.
Note - the list gives the distance from MAX-lab to the different hotels. It is 1 km between MAX-lab and Elite Ideon Gateway where the conference is held.
