Please include also a copy of your valid passport and your motivation for attending the conference. If you will make a presentation at the workshop, please mention it in your email.
Please note that the invitation letter will only be sent to delegates who have already paid their registration fee. In case of visa refusal, the amount paid for registration is refundable.
